This wine was ranked very high (93/100) by Wine Business Monthly, see attached review by Nick Stock, and at bottling time I felt it was a more powerful but near identical version of our Gold Medal 04 Pinot. It has tightened up in bottle however, and needs time to develop and soften (as do all our Three Wishes Pinot’s), and I suggest decanting or opening bottle well prior to drinking. Should cellar 10 plus years. Current savory, dry finish will suit food, including rich dishes and red meat ! ©2008 ThomasMoorePhotography.com
