All Penfolds Clone
Low Yielding - 2 tonnes per acre
Wine Maker: Guy Wagner, Bass Fine Wines
Winemaking: partly barrel fermented, 9 months in 50% new French Oak, mixed fermentation yeasts but started with a % of Aspontaneous at ferment, mixed malolactic ferments.
Descriptors: Nose - white peach, honey and citrus, with some smoky and savoury overtones.  Palate - crisp acidity, grapefruit and stone fruit flavours
Comments: Super elegant now but will improve over the next few years with bottle age.
